awesome!!! I originally went to performance Mazda to look for a car. After being told by the sales man there that he didn't have time for us, my fiance suggeste I originally went to performance Mazda to look for a car. After being told by the sales man there that he didn't have time for us, my fiance suggested we go to bank street Mazda. We got there and were greeted by Sunny. He didn't hesitate to bring us on a long test drive and let me really test out the car. Sunny gave us a really good price for the car. I then went back to performance Mazda to see if they could beat the price. The price performance mazda originally quoted me was higher for 84 months then bank streets price for 60 months. When I told them this, it took the two days and they came back with a price that was 600$ more and were harassing me to buy from them. We went back to Sunny, who gave us great service through the whole deal and didn't pressure us to buy with him, nor pressure us to get something we didn't want. He kept us informed throughout the purchase process. It actually came in 2 weeks earlier then scheduled. Sunny was professional, friendly and knowligable. I pointed out that the tint was not done the way I wanted and it was corrected quickly without hesitation. I recommend him to my friends and family. More

I went in knowing what I wanted both for a vehicle and the pricing and he helped me get what I was looking for. The whole process from start to finish was very quick and hassle-free. Management/paperwork ------------------- The reason I rated the overall experience as good and not excellent, was due to a small glitch in the paperwork with the reversal of my first and last name. It took a couple phone calls to resolve, but nothing that would keep me from recommending it as a great place to buy a car. More

At the end of all the negotiations I felt like I had been treated with respect. Sunny responded to all my emails/questions within minutes. Im glad I went with Bank Street Mazda. Michael Webb also was very kind and efficient with his work. At the end of my sale my mind was at ease. I've loved driving my new Mazda CX-5 and couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Service Department - no pick up service Service manager the best as are the service consultants. My issue is with how the sales people encouraged me to continue to take my car to bank street Service manager the best as are the service consultants. My issue is with how the sales people encouraged me to continue to take my car to bank street for service despite me living in Orleans citing their wonderful drop off and pick up service. The first time I needed to use the service 8 months after buying the car the drop off part was excellent, got me to work with no issues what so ever. When it came to getting back to the dealership to get my car that was something else. I was surprised when the consultant that called to say the car was ready told me they no longer had a service that would get me to back to the dealership as all the drivers did parts delivery in the afternoons. I found that OC transit doesn't quite get you there as there is no bus service that goes by the dealership. This means a nice long walk which wasn't helped by the hot sun. When I brought this to the attention of the service people they said they use to pick up but it was eliminated as a cost savings measure. I guess the cost includes me taking my car somewhere else from now on as it's not worth the aggravation. More

Great Overall Experience Just leased the 2014 Mazda 3 and love it! I have to say that my experience dealing with Bank Street Mazda exceeded my expectations...mainly due to the Just leased the 2014 Mazda 3 and love it! I have to say that my experience dealing with Bank Street Mazda exceeded my expectations...mainly due to the sales rep I was dealing with, Karim Shalaby. I was so pleased with our agreement on monthly payments. Excellent value for the vehicle. Karim always made himself accessible and took the time to answer all of my questions...still does! Such a nice experience compared to the dealership I was dealing with the previous week. Unlike their competitor, Dilawri Bank Street staff make you feel like they are trustworthy...which means a lot in this industry! More
