While the second round of price negotiations between us, Imad and his manager, wasn't quite enough to keep us in the show room, Imad respectfully, cheerfully, carefully convinced my wife and I to stick around for another few minutes and his manager met us with another proposal that sealed the deal. On our way out of the dealership, we ran into a friend of ours who was beginning to look for a car and, without hesitation, we walked her over to Imad and were happy to introduce them. More

I came, I saw, I bought. I was pleasantly surprised this afternoon when I came in with my daughter and grandson to look at new cars. Our sales representative (Sunny) clearly was very well-inform One of the most refreshing auto sales and purchasing experiences I have ever undertaken. Our sales representative (Sunny) clearly was very well-informed and confident about the product. The test drive was thorough and we were allowed, indeed encouraged, to put the vehicle through some other-then-normal performance (high speed cornering) and emergency circumstances to demonstrate its road-hugging and straight-line braking features. Throughout the drive, Sunny highlighted the car, rather than talk down the competition. (With other dealers, we have experienced "How was your weekend?" chattiness and a running patter about flaws (real or imagined) with the competition.) Showroom meetings -- with both Sunny and their Finance guy Michael Webb -- were likewise very well-informed and at no time did we feel we were being pressured to buy up or to consider a vehicle other than the one we had in mind when we walked through the door. At this point, we are awaiting delivery, but if our coming relationship is to be reflected in our first encounters with the sales staff, we are greatly looking forward to joining the "Zoom-zoom"ers. More
