I told him exactly what I wanted, and gave him a price I was comfortable with, and he took it and beat it. They did their best to deliver the car as soon as physically possible, and made every effort to get me into the car quickly. I would very much recommend this dealership. Very transparent process, and I was surprised to find my payments go down when some of the fees they had to pay to get the car were less than they had originally estimated. I feel like a lot of other dealerships would've taken advantage of that. Great experience, zoom zoom. More

This is my first mazda car.The staff were friendly and helpful especially Jayson and Ali. They treated us with respect(made sure our kids were entertained) . It made our purchase actually quite painless and enjoyable. I test drove two cars, and with discussions with Jayson I opted for the Mazda 3. He knew his stuff, did not go into the special room where all car salesperson tend to go and come back with a small discount. He was honest and refreshing. There was no pressure to buy, and I felt no stress in making such as big purchase. Ali made sure our car was ready and he gave us a tutorial . His attention to detail was excellent. I had owned my previous car for 12 years and so I did a fair amount of research before dropping into Bank Street Mazda. Sunny was quick to help out, friendly, and very attentive to my requirements as he walked me through the options. I returned a few days later for a test drive. On my 3rd visit I bought the car. There was never any pressure, but clearly Sunny knew his product inside and out. He was quick to address any questions during the visits or by email. During my discussions with Sunny I had a few managers stop over, never to pressure, but to ask my feedback and make sure I was getting what I needed. I always had the feeling that the dealer was more interested in fostering a long term relationship over a quick sale. I’m confident knowing that I made the right decision both in cars and in dealers! I would highly recommend Bank Street Mazda and Sunny to my friends and colleagues. More
