I walked into Bank Street Mazda after driving a friend's CX5 for only a few minutes. Tosh (Sales) and Sean (Finance) listened to what I didn't like about my previous car and helped me into a new CX5. I asked for information on options and pricing and very soon after that, I found myself buying a car. They paid attention to what I wanted and needed in a car and didn't try to upsell anything that did not make sense. They worked with me to find a term and options that would suit my budget and made the experience efficient and friendly. I was never left sitting alone waiting on anyone.
