Our salesman Tosh is a really great guy being down to earth and was really able to point out Mazda vehicles strong points versus competitor brands. It also helps that the cx5 is a great vehicle and I am pleased with my purchase. I will be keeping the business cards of the employees Ive had the pleasure of dealing with and be a repeat customer. Pressure tactics don't work well with me! I then went to the Mazda dealership on Bank Street and was served by Victor. He was very pleasant to deal with, and he took my daughter and I for a couple of test drives. He knew the vehicles quite well and listened to our needs. After the test drives he sat us down to explain the prices, he was not pushy and I appreciated this. I kept looking around and I have since decided on a Nissan Rogue, because of different features that Mazda did not have. However should I ever be in the marker again and decide on a Mazda or know someone that is looking for a new vehicle, I would not hesitate to recommend Victor. I also meet Josh Silverman who was also very helpful. More

New Mazda3 sport Went in to Bank Street Mazda at the beginning of last month, to look at a new Mazda3. Was promised dealer invoice pricing, felt confident in the way I Went in to Bank Street Mazda at the beginning of last month, to look at a new Mazda3. Was promised dealer invoice pricing, felt confident in the way I was treated. But that was short lived. Put a hold on my vehicle, was told would receive that back within 2-3 days. But didn't. I spent over 3 weeks trying to get it back. They also made a mistake on the ownership, and told me they would fix it, and cover the fee for the licensing, and renewal sticker. After 20+ calls and messages, still have not gotten my full hold cheque, renewal sticker, and was charged for licensing fees. More
