It has over 269000 km on it still runs great, I could push it through winter but why wait? I knew what I wanted. Time to upgrade CX5. I am a hockey mom, I drive a ton! Highway mostly, Zein is soft spoken, knowlegable and easy to talk to. I felt at ease he's a great listener. Definitely a gentleman. He addressed my questions about the car without hesitation. He even offered a few new restaurant ideas for great food. The only thing I would change is his chair he needs one with arm rests please. Ergonomics are important. We recently grew our family so we wanted to upgrade our car to fit the essentials. We had the pleasure of dealing with Zein for our trade in and purchase of our new CX-5. Bank Street Mazda gave us a great deal on our trade in and there was no pressure from Zein. He was professional and respectful throughout the whole process. He gave us a full over view of the car and even noticed a small smudge that the service department had missed when preparing the car for us. So he went out and polished it himself. This won't be the last Mazda we buy and the next one will be from this dealer. More

He thoroughly explained most of the important features of the new model, pros and cons compared to other models, warranties, and services after purchase that helped us deciding to by new vehicle. He also helped us negotiate trading in our 2012 Mazda 3 to get a reasonable price. He carefully listened to our expectations on price, per month payment limit, fuel economy and energy efficiency and negotiated hard with his manager to make the deal within our limit. I was in twice, first time with my daughter, second time with my wife, on both occasions Zein answered all the questions posed to him by them with respect. The fact that he primarily had to deal with the two of them was not a happy circumstance, it was a calculated plan to settle a bet I made with my daughter as to how many sales individuals she would pose a question too and how many would look at me when providing the answer. She bet 1 out of six, I said 50%...I loss, but I did end up with a great car and a nice buying experience. Thanks Zein! More
