Victorious in my new vehicle with Victor! Recently, I started looking around for a new small SUV. I had checked out a few other models before my visit to Bank Street Mazda and at this point my Recently, I started looking around for a new small SUV. I had checked out a few other models before my visit to Bank Street Mazda and at this point my head was spinning cause they all seemed the same. I could practically pick one out of a hat to decide...that is until I drove the Mazda CX-5! Upon my first visit I met Victor - very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and laid back. His personality put me at ease right away. Victor explained the features of the CX-5 and answered all of my questions, patiently. I never felt rushed or any pressure to decide before I was ready. Victor obviously knew this car and knew the impression a good, lengthy test drive would make. We drove city, highway and country roads all in about 20-25 minutes. He pointed out various features and had me test out the amazing brakes and more than adequate engine and told me about the many safety features. Victor's approach to selling made me comfortable enough to take my time, ask questions, check on insurance on the spot and get a great deal. The rest of the team even helped me pick a colour! I also know that Victor is just a call away if I have an questions. I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Victor and Bank Street Mazda to anyone. Our dealings did extend beyond the stated hours of the business, and yet I did not feel pressured by him to speed up any of the proceedings. He happily kept working with us past the closing hour.
