Worst experience ever! I negotiated a deal on a new mazda may 5th. The dealership accepted my offer and told me they were going to locate me a car. One month later, they still hadn't found a car or even contacted me with a status update. Eventually , they told me they weren't gonna honour my deal and mailed me my deposit back. No counteroffer, no apology and wouldn't answer or return my calls. Kevin Yang, the sales manager has awful people skills. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere. This is the type of dealership that makes people hate car salesmen. More

wanted to share my experience with mazda lovers i spent a good few months looking for a good deal and best bang for the $$. my wife wanted a mazda 6 and something a bit sporty. folks at the dealersh i spent a good few months looking for a good deal and best bang for the $$. my wife wanted a mazda 6 and something a bit sporty. folks at the dealership were very attentive and hard working. i personally dealt with a newer, younger salesman by the name of zouheir (still learning the biz but dedicated) and a seasoned expert by the name of james. they both worked hard and were professional till the very end. special thanks to zein (finance dept) for wrapping up everything professionally as well. got a used car that was well priced and felt like i didnt get ripped off like some dealerships make you feel. i recommend bank street mazda to those mazda lovers who are looking for a good experience.
