Worst experience ever I had by far the worst experience buying my mazda 3 not happy at all. They had sold me tires that were not safe and refewsed to give me knew ones inst I had by far the worst experience buying my mazda 3 not happy at all. They had sold me tires that were not safe and refewsed to give me knew ones instead offered a deal on winter tires if you knew they were safe why make me a deal on winter tires doesn't make sense to me. Also they are very rude people and try to rip people off like promising and signing 500 off my car and they never did because I didn't want to finance anymore because it was 7000 more . They got greedy. When I also called about the tires the guy was getting upset at me because I told him I was going to get a second opinion so he told me to forget about the winter tires deal and hung up on me when I asked his name at that gets was a sales manager so much class and never again will i go to this place again. Even if it was my last option. I'm so upset and mad this was my first car buying off a lot experience and it sucked More

Loving my Mazda 3 I came to Bank Street Mazda after having a bad experience at another Mazda dealership in the city. As soon as we walked in the door I was greeted by Shane. He seemed genuinely happy to see me. From there he told me about the Mazda 3, stuff I never even thought was important. We went on a exciting test drive,, and made me slam the brakes at high speeds with no hands, no he's not nuts :) I've had the car for just about a week and I have never been happier. I have been buying cars for years, and Shane is one of the best I've dealt with, he seemed like he cared more about me, than just selling another car. Even a week of having my car, if I have a question, I text him and he replies very quickly. I will go out of my way to recommend Shane to anyone looking for a Mazda. COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! More
