AWESOME services and product !! I bought my first Mazda from Bank Street in 2006 and had excellent service back then so I decided to give them a try again. I called them in my search I bought my first Mazda from Bank Street in 2006 and had excellent service back then so I decided to give them a try again. I called them in my search for a specific vehicle model and color which I was hoping they would have in stock. To my surprise they only had one left ...yay for me. I dealt with Moe over the phone for most of the purchase but finally meet him yesterday when I picked up my new wheels (2016.5 Mazda CX5 GS). He was just as friendly and accommodating in person as he was on the phone. He was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to dealing with Bank Street in the future. More

I recently went into bank street Mazda with my father for a vehicle service, during our wait we went into the showroom and began to look at the new CX I recently went into bank street Mazda with my father for a vehicle service, during our wait we went into the showroom and began to look at the new CX9, although we told Elie we were only looking around and were not interested in getting into a new vehicle any time soon Elie made it clear that he's not the pressure type of guy, he asked us what features were important to us in a vehicle and he then proceeded take us through some of the great features of the vehicle aswell as a test drive which included him buying me and my father a drink from Tim Hortons, we did not have the time to price out the vehicle but he assured me that he would do his absolute best to give us the best deal available! I can't wait until its time to get into a new vehicle so I can deal with him once again! More

Excellent Experience Received a call before Christmas about their trade in event and free Bose deal, hadn't even considered trading in for a new vehicle until they called. Went in and while waiting for my vehicle to be appraised the sales associate Elie started walking me through options putting a great emphasis on my needs in a vehicle and trimming away unnecessary features. Decided on a Mazda 3 GX with the convenience package and started all the paperwork. Elie and the team made the process as hassle free as possible. The color I wanted was not on the lot so they had to have one shipped in but unfortunately there was no other dealership willing to part with the color I wanted. I ended up picking a different color but because of the delay I no longer qualified for the free Bose headphones. Even though the decision was above his head, it did not sit well with Elie and he went above and beyond to ensure that I still received the free gift with my deal which definitely elevated my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and encourage others to seek out Elie for assistance. More
