Worst buying/leasing experience ever - this is my 5th Mazda > salesman - new salesman ( name with held for now ) - lacked knowledge of product > business/ finance manager ( name withheld for now ) - rude - > salesman - new salesman ( name with held for now ) - lacked knowledge of product > business/ finance manager ( name withheld for now ) - rude - arrogant - non cooperative - had to fight and push on every agreement - did not apply the 0.% returning customer finance rate to the lease or the $1750.00 leasing bonus to my payments - told me I needed to purchase the worry free extra protection on my brand new car because it will rust - car was not ready when promised - waited 4 hours in showroom for vehicle to be prepped and ready - did not include ownership papers for the vehicle - had to wait at home - unable to drive vehicle until ownership paper was delivered to me > had to wait over 2 months for a previous old lease end refund cheque - be very careful with that -when they ask you to bring in your old car before your lease term has ended - to make a new deal. More

Phone Service Reaching the dealership by phone is difficult (finance managers are hard to reach so is giving them missing information). My First Car! I just graduated from university and was looking for my first car. Naturally, I was apprehensive as a first time buyer. I visited multiple dealerships I just graduated from university and was looking for my first car. Naturally, I was apprehensive as a first time buyer. I visited multiple dealerships including Bank Street Mazda. Ali was a very friendly face and was amazing guiding me through the process. He brought me on a test drive in a 2017 Mazda CX3 and walked me through the capabilities of car. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the technology and optional features available. I never felt pressured throughout the buy and Ali was always available by cell through the whole process. The finacing team at Bank Street was also amazing getting me a deal. Would definitely recommend Ali for a comfortable car buying experience. More
