I found the customer service to not be very good. It felt like the dealership didn't really care about my business. Other employees offered their clients water right away, where ours didn't. When he finally did after an hour, he said, "Would you like some water?" And we said yes, he responded, "The cooler is right over there." So I ended up getting water for my husband and I. After purchasing the vehicle, we were told we would receive confirmation of our approval for financing in 2-3 business days. After a week, I hadn't heard anything and had to contact the dealership myself. Also, my husband faxed his transcript, as requested, and then the dealership had no record of it. I found there was no communication on the dealership's part to inform us of the status locating our vehicle, and that I had to iniate all conversations.
