I sent an e-mail to Jared after having a very bad experience with another Mazda dealership in the hopes of purchasing a CX-5. He knew I was given a hard time at the other dealership and the differenc experience with another Mazda dealership in the hopes of purchasing a CX-5. He knew I was given a hard time at the other dealership and the difference between both dealerships was night and day. Jared was honest and didn't try to bs me with lowball offers on my trade-in or lies about invoice pricing/dealership profit. This approach made me feel so much more comfortable and confident with my purchase and I'm so happy I took the time to stop at Bank St Mazda before calling it quits on the CX-5.
