This was my first experience buying a new car, and I was a little nervous. I was only going to look, but walked out with a brand new Mazda 3 that day. Jason's laid back approach made me feel comfortable rig a little nervous. I was only going to look, but walked out with a brand new Mazda 3 that day. Jordan was very patient and extremely knowledgeable prior to both test drives and during both test drives. During the deal process Jordan offered us time to speak privately without us even having to ask! At no time did he ever push us into making a decision. The salesman Jeff O'Brien was polite and I did not feel pressured. Sean was a little more intense (not aggressive) about getting the deal done. I left feeling that I was not pushed into deal and that I received a fair trade-in offer. My new vehicle was ready when promised. Finance (loan) manager was efficient and polite. I look forward to receiving continued care for my new car with the Bank Street Mazda Service Dept. The courteous lounge is comfortable and clean if you decide to wait while service is completed.
