We had driven all the way from Montreal to visit another dealer, after a not so great experience there, we went to Bank Street Mazda and we were amazed at the quality of service we received. Zein Jolan did not act in any way like the stereotypical car salesman persona. He was polite, patient, honest, and answered all our questions. These are qualities we very much respect and appreciate. When it came to negotiating the price and accessories, again, Zein was honest about the discount he could give us and tried to get us our asking price for our car's trade-in value. When we went to pick up our car from the dealership a week later, he was just as friendly, took his time to explain all the instructions to us again, and gave us the time to adjust to the car; it took us about an hour and a half to pick up the car with all our questions - which he patiently and seamlessly answered. All in all; Zein was a fantastic car salesperson who does not make you feel like you are at a car dealership, rather just someone comfortably explaining to you what the car is capable of. We would recommend him to our friends in a heartbeat! The finance manager, Moe Sakka, was also a pleasure to work with, he always responded to our correspondence on time, sorted out all our paperwork and explained to us the Ontario to Quebec car registration process. Kevin, our sales rep was very good, personable and professional. However the sales manager was not necessarily forthcoming however at the end he was very good to deal with. The OK rating was as a resu professional. However the sales manager was not necessarily forthcoming however at the end he was very good to deal with. The OK rating was as a result 1)of being ignored on our first visit - standing at reception for 5 minutes before I had to interrupt the receptionist and 2) The finance manager lacked any concept of what customer relations are. In the end, I wanted nothing to do with him. Even if I was wrong about my understanding (which the sales manager confirmed I was not) about the deal the manner in which he handles issues is appalling for some one in his position. More
