I looked around a lot and had a certain budget in mind and they were able to meet that at the first go. No other place was even willing to negotiate. My sales associate was Mirek Karasiuk, and his manager Amir also came out personally to talk to me and meet my expectation. Ashur Younes was the other person I dealt with and he stayed in late for me on that day so I would be able to finalize the deal and have my questions answers. Overall I had a very good experience and I would definitely recommend people to buy their cars at this location. More

Perfect Experience. This is what buying a car should be like I did my research on the vehicle I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. I failed to do my research on which dealership to go to. Big mistake. I don't want to mention them by name, so let's just call them Hathways Pyundai. My experience there was the stereotypical pushy, impersonal, high pressure sales experience that everyone dreads. I test drove the car I wanted, enjoyed the car, but nothing else. I wanted a manual transmission. They only had the car I wanted with a manual transmission in Apple Green, which was a deal breaker for me. Suddenly the sales rep started pushing an automatic transmission that they had on hand. Not what I wanted and he knew it. My wife and I were given the pitch where we were told all about relationship building, dealer relationships with customers, blah blah blah. We weren't ready to buy that evening and were as clear as possible about that. Despite our clarity, the sales rep had a rebuttal for everything we had to say. The pressure was palpable and only served to make us uncomfortable. We finally had to just leave while trying to remain polite in the face of his pushy tactics. I finally called Bank Street Hyundai and spoke with Shahir. He was upfront, honest, and personable. I explained to him what I was looking for and he listened to me and couldn't have been more helpful. We were a late arriving at Bank Street Hyundai for our first visit to discuss financing. Shahir wasn't available, which was our fault, but the rest of the sales reps and mangers greeted us and made us feel welcome. Shahir has obviously told Juan-Carlos about us and Juan stepped right in to help us out. We were then introduced to Christopher Hadad to discuss financing. Christopher needed to process our application and we expected that to take a couple of days. He called us back that same evening to tell us we had been approved and that we should be in our new car by the beginning of the following week. Our car arrived sooner than expected and after being approved for financing on Tuesday, our new vehicle was ready for pick-up on Friday. We finally met Shahir and he couldn't have been friendlier. He made us feel at home and our 13 month old daughter loved him. He showed us our new car and took us through all the features and controls. He also showed us the parts department and introduced us to Kanesa Santhiralingam. While we were finalizing our paperwork Mark Molleken stopped by and thanked us for our business. With all of the talk about "relationships" we heard at Hathways Pyundai we never really felt it there. Bank Street Hyundai never had to mention "relationship building" because it came through in their actions. You can't fake the kind of sincerity and friendliness we felt at Bank Street Hyundai. Even though it's farther away from home for me, I'll still be making the extra trip to use their service department. We met so many people at Bank Street Hyundai and all of them made us feel very comfortable doing business there. Thank you so much. Buying a car can be a nerve racking experience. Bank Street Hyundai was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. More
