They brought me through step by step how and what I can do and even what I should do after buying a car. My one reservation (which is why I did not give it a 5-star rating) is that, in my 6 years of service with a 2009 Elantra Limited, there was one major error with the service: When there was a recall of vehicles for a rustproofing under the car, for which I received a letter, they were too busy to do it on the day I went in for services, and promised they would do it next time. They did not tell me over the long and difficult winter to do it when I went in for oil changes, and only did it when I happened to remember that it had not been done - in April, when I went in to put on my summer tires. It seems to me that they should have put a note in my file that this service needed to be done. More
