And I walked into the Bank Street Hyundai on Last Friday (May 8th 2015) and Justin greeted me with nice smile. Before we started talking about car Justin offered my a beverage and (which made me relaxed by the way) we started talking about car. Because I have heard a lot of bad experiences about auto dealers from my friends I was really being picky on the price and so on. However, Justin actually explained all the processing and provided few options to think about it. He even brought down the buying price and offer me really unbelievable pricing for my first car. They brought me through step by step how and what I can do and even what I should do after buying a car. My one reservation (which is why I did not give it a 5-star rating) is that, in my 6 years of service with a 2009 Elantra Limited, there was one major error with the service: When there was a recall of vehicles for a rustproofing under the car, for which I received a letter, they were too busy to do it on the day I went in for services, and promised they would do it next time. They did not tell me over the long and difficult winter to do it when I went in for oil changes, and only did it when I happened to remember that it had not been done - in April, when I went in to put on my summer tires. It seems to me that they should have put a note in my file that this service needed to be done. More

It is impossible that they did not see me because I was literally infront of them. It took me half an hour standing there and seems like no one will tend to talk to me if I did not ask anyone else. The only person I like in the service department is the girl. She is very friendly and reliable. Compare to the guys who do not care. For the sales, Stu is the best, very nice guy and friendly. He knows exactly what your taste is just tell him what you like. More

Not being too knowledgeable about the various models Hyundai had to offer, Amir quickly directed my attention in the right direction after a short conversation explaining to him what I was looking for. He recommended the model of the car, which I ended up purchasing, and ensured I would receive the car in the best possible condition and at an unbeatable deal. Amir and Rabieh were kind and made me feel confident about my decision. There were zero pressure sales and I was fully educated on all the cars on the lot enabling me to make an informed decision.
