My son, the actual purchaser, said okay, we will be in on Wednesday. Please hold the car. Lo and behold, Wednesday morning we get a call saying "sorry car has been sold". Which part of "please hold the car" was not clear? I called the dealership and asked to speak to Amir or Mark, the sales managers, to express my displeasure with this sales technique. Guess what? No call. I work in a customer service industry and would hang my head in shame before providing such poor service More

Every request that we made was handled with personal care and attention.
