Great experience purchasing my new vehicle!! I had purchased a used 2012 Hyundai Sonata in late March of last year, but over the course of the months following, I began to be very frustrated by t I had purchased a used 2012 Hyundai Sonata in late March of last year, but over the course of the months following, I began to be very frustrated by the vehicle and by the used dealership from whom I had purchased the vehicle. By October, I had said enough is enough and went to visit Bank Street Hyundai during their promotional events and spoke with one of the managers of Hyundai Canada. After a couple weeks of follow-ups, Ibrahim and Ashur worked very hard to put me into a new 2016 Hyundai Elantra Sport. They gave me a great package and even included the car starter that I could not live without during Ottawa winters. Thanks to the both of them, I am extremely happy with my vehicle. The only downside I would have is the issue with the vehicle's bass. It tends to turn off if set to high and needs to be reset during every car ride. This has been extremely annoying. Other than that, I would highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai for their amazing customer service and strongly recommend dealing with Ibrahim and Ashur! Thanks again guys! And for having the bow on the car when I came to pick it up :) More
