Work Hard to please I purchased an Elantra, GT 2017 in blue on Jan 13th, 2017. Seemed to be a hard colour to get, early in the new year. The car delivery was promised on I purchased an Elantra, GT 2017 in blue on Jan 13th, 2017. Seemed to be a hard colour to get, early in the new year. The car delivery was promised on Feb 20th. It didn't happen. All through the experience, the team did everything possible to ensure I had a car when needed till mine came in! I did take the bus to work for 10 days, but then life got busy and I desperately needed wheels. The team, my sales person Naser fought for my needs with Management. I did have a rental and then a loaner for the last week as delivery of my car was further delayed till Feb25th. On the 27th, I drove away in my new car! I am sure the team was happy to see me go as I didn't bring in huge profits due to the delay of my car and their huge hearts in securing a car for me while waiting. (In fact, probably cost them a few hundred) Thanks team! Justin Young-in Yoo, Mark M, Amir E., Juan C, Joe Y and especially my sales guy, Naser S. who went above and beyond!! Friendly, down to earth and extremely receptive to my concerns while living without a car. Well done! I will send any new car customers your way! Just goes to show you, Dealerships may not always make a bundle off customers, but by sticking to the bigger picture, they WILL get more clientele due to excellent customer service!! Kim More

I had visited several dealerships prior to Bank Street Hyundai with no success at obtaining the "deal" I was looking for. Juan accepted my deal without the back and forth annoyances and slimy sales tactics and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai to anyone. More

Like you're part of the family I went to dilawri bank street Hyundai for the first time and I was immediately greeted with a smile by Hussein. Seeing that it was my first time at a dealership he explained to me all the options I had. It was all about what I wanted, it was great experience. I got everything I wanted and more for a great price. I was then brought in to see Christoph the finance manager. He went through all my option in detail making sure I knew exactly what I was getting and how much I would be paying. The warranty packages at this place are phenomenal especially for someone who tends to drive a lot. When it came down for the final number I couldn't believe what Hussein and christoph manage to take off the original price. I felt like I was family with these two guys. I recommend everyone that is looking for a new or used car to head on over to dilawri bank street Hyundai and become part of the family too. More
No follow-up for service request Approximately a month ago I brought my car in for a partial ripped heat shield and Check engine light. The car was under 60K km so under warranty. F Approximately a month ago I brought my car in for a partial ripped heat shield and Check engine light. The car was under 60K km so under warranty. For the check engine, I inspected the gas cap to make sure it wasn't the culprit. Then I had a friend, a car technician run the code. He provided me with the code and said it should be covered under the new car manufacturer's warranty. The following morning, I went to the dealership and was told I would have to pay to run new scan. I told them the tech has 30+ years experience and trusted him. The valve was replaced at no charge. However, they didn't want to replace the heat shield saying it was caused by wear and tear. I spoke to Amir, the general manager who said basically too bad too sad but that he needed Hyundai Canada approval if under warrant to replace it. It's a $200 part and 30 min labor. Neither he or the took the time to call me back even after I left phone messages and a follow-up email.. Hyundai are good vehicles but once my free oil changes are over, will continue getting vehicles serviced at independent garage. They are less pushy for servicing then Dilawri dealerships. This could have all been resolved if they just took the time to speak to their customers instead or sending letters and phone messages informing of special VIP events. More
