We purchased our new Sanata Fe from Bank Street Hyundai after visiting two other dealerships in Ottawa. Shahir is a very friendly & very knowledgeable individual, he knows his products inside out which came handy when we had to decide between two different trim levels. Shahir provided us with excellent customer service & we never felt pressured...we were even accomodated with an office for our two weeks old daughter to be fed. Amir the sales manager was very welcoming, friendly & profesional, I gave him a challange with my budget & colour option since there are no more shipments of 2012 Santa Fe's & to my surprise he was able to get that specific vehicle & even came just under my budget... Ernesto the finance rep got us approved & set within minutes, the deal was completed ! Walking in i didn't know what to expect, however i was quickly greeted by emad, who was extremely polite, proffesional and courteous. Even though i had told him that i've seen the car he was keen on showing me it again, which i found extremely helpful because there were things he showed me that i didnt know even came with the car! the whole process was absolutely great, coming to an agreement on the deal was a breeze.
