We went to Bank Street Hyundai because the sign on the window said they are the #1 Hyundai dealership in Ontario. We were introduced to Faysal Akl. Through Gerry Cloutier, Faysal was able to quickly and efficiently rectify the problem giving us 100% satisfaction. Even though we live 500 kms away, we will be buying our next car from Faysal. I was in the market for my first NEW CAR in 30 years. I knew what I wanted, and I wouldn't be swaded in any other direction. I wanted a RED HYUNDAI ACCENT, 4 DOOR SEDAN, with a 6 speed manual transmissio knew what I wanted, and I wouldn't be swaded in any other direction. But they got me one fresh out of the factory in less than 10 days. The deal included Not just a great price, but 4 new snow tires on rims, and winter floor mats plus a great trade in on my beat up old saturn wagon. The Sales rep I was dealing with, Faysal Akl was more than friendly and straight with me. We had a good relationship during the whole process. It was a bit like talking to my late brother. The past few days I have been going to several dealerships looking to purchase a vehicle. I finally came up with a decision and had decided that I was interested in purchasing the 2013 Hyundai San dealerships looking to purchase a vehicle. I drove by several other Hyundai dealerships to come to this specific one ready to purchase a vehicle. I have dealt with the Dilawri franchise before, however I have never been treated the way i was today. I came along with my mother and father looking to purchase a vehicle for them and felt embarrassed as it was my idea to come to your dealership. I was dealing with your salesman by the name of Louis. His body language, tone of voice and sarcasm was very rude and disrespectful towards my parents. By far the worst customer service ever and this is supposed to be Ottawa number 1 Hyundai Dealership? Not with that kind of customer service it isn’t. I did not come there to waste my time or his, I was ready to purchase a vehicle today, and however his attitude blew me away, He lost both a sale and a customer. I just got up and left.
