Immediately I was impressed at his laid-back approach to negotiation, even encouraging me to explore other local dealerships to compare prices, asking only that I give him a chance to talk to me one last time before I made a final decision. By far I got the best deal as a result, and was passed along to Ashur for financing. Ashur was very in tune to my needs and budget, offered invaluable advice, and ended up getting me more than I was expecting for less than the cost I had agreed to with Louis. Finally the day I went to pick up my new vehicle, Kevin helped me through all the forms to sign and was wonderfully personable and patient. He followed up with us to let us know where the vehicle was in transit and when to expect it. He scheduled the appointment for pickup which was timely and went very smoothly. No complaints at all. I had received a letter from the dealership saying that my 2010 Santa Fe was eligible for an upgrade.
