J'ai été dans une situation de fin de bail ou ça n'a pas été évident, fin de la garantie, problème mécanique, bref ma perspective de transition m'est apparue comme très problématique. Mon conseillé Yane m'a rassuré dans le processus. J'ai fait état de ma situation, et croyez-moi nous partions de loin et j'ai fait l'acquisition d'une autre BMW. A aucun moment je n'ai eu ou senti de pression dans mon processus de décision. Mon conseillé technique Ciprian, m'a toujours biens servi/conseillé même dans mes moments les plus difficiles.
