I'm really a car guy and this can make things difficult some times, mostly because I'm a highly technical person. My sales represantative, Aaron, did really understand that, he really took the time to make me feel at home, to discuss over the phone first and then in person, we tested cars for four hours and he never lost it ! The conclusion was finding the perfect car for me at a price that was right for me. I've been very lucky in life and this is my 27th car, I had all brands in american, japanese and european cars , this is my 4th BMW and what a Joy. Even better the the delivery was on time, the car shinning , full of gas, very nices key chains, a BMW bottle of water, nothing missing , a lot of smiles and Chantal Tuppert at delivery so ready with all documents, and a magic understanding that I was in a rush for work, just perfect. Outstanding experience We were initially looking for an Audi for my spouse (I had been with Audi for 12 years). We walked in on April 3rd and were welcomed by Yane Arama who redifined for me what a buying exprience should be like. Yane took time to understand our needs before we went out to test drive a couple of models. We enjoyed the cars and there was zero pressure from Mr. Arama who was both extremely pleasant, patient and extremely knowledgeable. We leased a car my spouse liked and picked up the new 328i a couple of weeks later. To my surprise, the specialist that showed us the car we were picking (Mr. Jamal Al-Khabyyr) spent 2 hours with going through every little aspect of the car we needed to know about, and was extremely pleasant and patient. My spouse left very satisfied and I have to say, this is probably the best car-buying experience I have been through. When my lease with Audi is up, I promised myself I would come back to BMW Canbec for my next vehicle. So kudos to the team and for building such a culture for buyers. More

The first time I visited the dealership, I was with my infant son and my wife and one o I have been treated very courteously, with excellent service. The first time I visited the dealership, I was with my infant son and my wife and one of the employees gifted a bmw teddy bear to my son. It was very touching. I was always offered a drink. This is my first luxury car, and was impressed by the level of service compared to other dealers offering non premium brands. Of course because this is a sales environment, in the beginning I felt I had to negotiate hard, but in the end, I was offered a decent deal. I truly felt that my salesperson wanted to build a long term relationship, rather then to get a quick sale/commission. He has made several follow ups with me already to address any concerns I may have and even took the time to respond to my emails on his time off days(Passover). I am glad I gave my business to canbec, although I didn't visit any other bmw dealerships and didn't have a point of comparison, I felt I didn't need to compare as I was well satisfied.
