This was the third car we bought from them and each time we bought, we compared similar cars, and theirs were always lower in price, in better condition (inside and out) and with lower mileage too. Being from out of town I did quite a bit of online research looking for a Ford Fusion hybrid and BCS had the best one that ticked all the boxes. My sales associate, Michael Young, and the manager, James Henderson went above and beyond to make certain that I was totally comfortable with my purchase. I went back and forth with Michael online about all my questions and concerns and he had all the answers and if he didn't, he found them and at no time did I ever feel rushed to make a decision. What they said they would do they delivered on, no surprises, I don't think I've ever said that when buying from a car lot.
