They sell u cars that need work and expect you to pay for it I recently bought a 2014 acura mdx in August 2018 I put less then 2k on the car and it started giving me collision power steering problems made alot o I recently bought a 2014 acura mdx in August 2018 I put less then 2k on the car and it started giving me collision power steering problems made alot of noise in the front. So I called the dealership was giving to Ray the service manager to speak with. First he told me bring the vehicle on Thursday I texted him for the address no response. Friday comes along I go right to the dealer in the car that was dangerous to drive and he finally says he will take it in and have a look at it. I called on Saturday to see what was wrong he said hes not sure sometimes mice can chew up the wires might just be an electric problem. I said to him I've only had the car for less then 2 months theres no way a mouse chewed on the wires. He said hes still not sure what the problem is they need to open up the compartment it's a big job. I asked how much will thos cost is it under warranty he said he will let me know. Following monday i get a call saying cars fixed I have to pay 500 dollars and it was chewed up wires causing the problem. Went in tuesday there was another gentlemen in the door way who was also complaining about his car and another older women by the front desk who sounded upset about her car and stormed out. That gave me signs of what was really going on so I asked Ray for my car nicely and said I just bought the vehicle theres no way a mouse has chewed up the wires mind you I park my car in the underground parking with a bunch of cars not once has this happend to any of my cars. He told me i cant take the vehicle until i pay yet he never told me the charges previously. I booked an appointment with the acura dealership in maple had them check my car they used after market parts for brakes rotaters my back shames where hitting the rotars as they where broken also my car a month earlier from when I bought it went in for electric service. I contacted omvic which is a program to help customers with their rights in the law. I was told my car had warranty everything under the hood covers that was false too. I'm asking for warranty on my electric as this will cost me big bucks and my 500 refunded and have all the after market parts of my car to be replaced with acuras. It's only fair everyone agrees besides autorama. Their not genuinely nice people they will tell u they dont care after they sell u a car i'm surprised there still in business. I exchanged my number with the other gentlemen as he never knew about the omvic program I felt bad for him they removed pieces under his hood without his consent and the car still is not working good. Such a shame these guys are crooks and have no heart I had my baby in there took a cab they didnt care about nothing never again. I also traded my car in for 2k 2011 hyundai genesis they told me they couldnt sell it as its rebuilt there shipping it to africa next thing I see it in a dealership on the same street going for 9k. Honestly please go somewhere else these guys are not nice the nicer you are to them the more they take advantage it's sad. More

We only want customers that make us the most money I put a deposit down on a car, and went back to make the deal as the vehicle hadn't been ready for the floor. Paperwork was drawn up and I decided not to purchase an extended warranty. The dealership manager came in and tried to talk me into taking the extended warranty, and when I said no, he told me they were going to sell the car to a customer that wanted it, and was willing to buy all of their upsell items. I had an offer, a deposit, and walked away because I couldn't trust them. I told the manager sometimes it isn't about making more money...sometimes it's about making a customer, and they just lost one. A couple of other things: *loan rate was higher because they make $100 bonus if they lock you in at 6.99% or higher. At 4.6% they don't get a bonus. *Fees for delivery showed up at the last minute *Cost of warranty was quoted $1000, but showed up as $1130 on the paperwork More

Some good, some bad, I went into the dealership with an open mind. Although most of the information provided by David regarding our prospective vehicle was correct, there was some information provided that was false, such as tire tread wear remaining. Additionally, David was unable to provide any paperwork detailing the work completed by the dealership before being put up for sale, but assured us the brakes had been replaced. During the discussions, David highly recommended the gold package 3rd party Peoples Choice Warranty. My wife and I went for a test drive, left the dealership and discussed the vehicle. After consideration, we called back to the dealership later and made the offer to purchase the vehicle for sticker price, without the optional warranty. David informed us we were being risky and he would have to check with his manager and call us back in an hour. After not hearing from him, the next day we called him and he advised his manager prefers to sell the vehicles with the warranty and that there was now someone else interested who was going to take the warranty so his manager was going to give him the option to purchase the vehicle first because they would make more money and that was just business.... Stay away from this dealership. They are an award winning dealership because of their high profits but they are more interested in maximizing income that getting customers the right package. More
Hyundai Bought a 2011 Hyundai last year and it’s been nothing but problems. Don’t feel secure driving at all. Alternator had to be changed twice!!! Ted is the best person to see ! I went into autorama feeling overwhelmed and nervous about buying my first car and not knowing what’s the right decision or not could be difficult. He educated me so much on buying a car for the first time and by the end I was comfortable in making that decision. Ted went above and beyond with his costumer service and I would highly recommend any first time buyers to go see him ! He gives awesome advice and helped me a lot and I really appreciate everything. I ran into one and experienced first hand the quality of service and products advocated by my co-workers. I was left with such a good impression that I believe it should top the list of dealerships to consider when planning your first / next car purchase. I was greeted by a gentleman, Adrian, very knowledgeable, sincere and quite patient. He addressed all my questions and concerns very professionally. He surpassed my expectations from a sales person as he did go far and beyond to help me get the car I so badly wanted. I would like to take the opportunity here to thank Adrian, management and the whole team at Autorama for such a pleasant experience. Thank you guys / gals for a job well done.
