I purchased a Toyota SUV in February 2014 and had a fantastic experience. The sales staff were very friendly and not pushy at all. The best part about my experience was that there were a few cosmetic issues with the body (some that I pointed out and some that I did not) and when I came to pick up the vehicle, ALL of the issues that I had noticed were flawlessly repaired/fixed to the point where it looked like a brand new vehicle. It was at that point that I realized that this business is truly based on customer satisfaction and a high quality customer experience, which is likely why the ratings are so positive (which I had reviewed in advance and was happy about). Liked the Pilot. Didn't even have to sell me on it. Told it would be ready for 1pm. They made me wait till after 3 because they screwed up then instead of the 4.99% they did the paper work for 6.99%. As any sensible person would, I had misgivings going to car dealership, especially one dealing in used vehicles. It seems like a good way to get taken advantage of. However, I have to say, this place surprised me from the moment I walked in. Smart, reasonable people who don't push. You like the car (I did), let me help you buy the car. Beyond that, I never got the sense that I was being "handled" in the typical way. Preet was an excellent salesperson, friendly and efficient, but never pushy. Bernard Joseph seemed in more of a hurry, but I gather he's a busy man. In any case, both did their jobs well and I'd go back in a minute. More

I went to the Autodome dealership for the first time late on a Tuesday evening to get a feel for the dealership and see what they had to offer. I happened to stumble upon their website and liked what they had to offer. I was greeted by Sam Hamedani who immediately put me at ease and offered to show me around. I had already selected the Make and Model I was after (without mentioning it to him), and he steered me in exactly that same direction based on what I said I was looking for in an SUV. While we spoke he arranged to have my trade-in assessed for value. Even though it was late, and approaching the closing time for the dealership, he insisted that I take a test drive. I called him the next morning (Wednesday) and confirmed my purchase by providing a deposit by credit card over the phone. He then referred me to Bernard Joseph to finalize the details. Bernard had me in the new vehicle by Friday morning! I had a few follow-up questions and both Sam and Bernard offered excellent, timely and professional service...even after the deal was done! Overall, a stressfree, pleasant experience. I have been driving the car for a week now and its exactly what I expected, but the dealership was more than I expected. More

They gave us our deposit back without any question, and of course we have to go back for such great customer service. Now we are very happy with our purchase.
