Our test drive was very pleasant. Once we decided on a vehicle, we met Enza who took care of the financing. She was the the best!! She made us feel welcome with her wonderful smile and sense of humour. My husband and I felt very comfortable and she made our experience less stressful. I would usually see a car posted for cheap , check out the dealership and be disappointed ( Wrongly advertised cars, Inflating prices at will , Low balling Trade Ins, Cars with accidents ) So this time I was determined to deal with an honest and trusted dealership. I heard about AUTODOME from a friend who had a good experience there. From the time I called AutoDome and saw the vehicle , they took it to the Toyota dealership ( I paid for it ) to get it checked . ENZA & BERNARD even helped me out a week after the sale had been completed , just to make sure I was 100% happy with purchase. I have been getting compliments on the condition of the car. And I know I paid a very fair price for my car. I will be going back to them for all my future car purchases. ENZA at AutoDome has been accessible a month after I bought my car for any questions I have regarding the car. I am highly impressed by their commitment to a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More

Easy and Dedicated Service From the moment I had called and requested for the the availability of the vehicle, Alex had assured me that he would have it in the front of the vici From the moment I had called and requested for the the availability of the vehicle, Alex had assured me that he would have it in the front of the vicinity with a carproof ready for me to review. As I walked in, I was greeted by Alex himself and he immediately knew who I was once I had described the vehicle to him. It was not a moment later that he was asking my girlfriend is she was comfortable and if she would like some coffee. He spoke to the both of us rather than just me. The test drive of the vehicle came with no pressure and Alex knew plenty about the Hybrid Toyota Highlander. He assured me that it would be ok if I had the vehicle checked out by Toyota and was confident that his mechanics would do the best job in making sure the vehicle is safe. As I was waiting to hear back from Toyota, Alex did also show me other options but my heart was set on the Toyota. Again, with no pressure I was able to come back with a decision. I was walked to Bernard's office and introduced to him. Mr. Joseph has to be the best part of Autodome. His service was beyond amazing. He answered all my questions, had me taken care and was not upset at me for asking so many questions. He was able to clearly explain everything and never rushed me. Instead I rushed him and he apologized profusely as he wanted to make sure my car was ready for me. Any person I come across now, I will recommend to Autodome. I love my car and I was in it within a matter of 48 hours from test driving it. Alex and Bernard are amazing, having an opportunity with them has just made buying a car simple. More

Purchased a used Maxda CX-9 Our experience at AutoDome was very pleasant from first introduction to final sale. We had done some research online into prices and vehicles that we Our experience at AutoDome was very pleasant from first introduction to final sale. We had done some research online into prices and vehicles that we were contemplating for our family of 6. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. There was no pressure to sell a particular make or model but rather Alex very systematically and logically walked us through vehicles that would suit our needs and went through his inventory to pick good potential candidates. He also took into consideration what we did and didn't want in a vehicle. In the end we settled on a CX-9 which was at the right price point and versatility for our needs. Alex extremely patient in giving us a good look at the other models that we were also interested in. Upon deciding to purchase a vehicle, Bernard was very efficient at getting the necessary paperwork in order. We declined the warranty coverage and were only asked once to reconsider a modified package. We were late getting to the dealership in time to sign the paperwork, but Alex and Bernard waited patiently 30 minutes past closing. In the end we couldn't even sign papers on that day because of issues with my old plates but we just had everything sorted out the next day. No problems. The car was impeccably clean including the interior and engine. There was a minor issue with the trunk door handle well but they looked after it and had it repaired when we picked up the car. I would highly recommend Autodome to anyone in the market for a used SUV or minivan. We walked away feeling good about our purchase. I had the best experience at Autodome looking for a a new vehicle it was about a year ago and I had started looking and contacted Riaz. Then something came up and I had to put off my search Riaz keep in con vehicle it was about a year ago and I had started looking and contacted Riaz. Then something came up and I had to put off my search Riaz keep in contact with me for a couple months on new vehicles. Then a year later I decided to start my search again I emailed Riaz and he called me in 10 minutes to see what I was looking for.Right away he started to look for me as well as set me up with Enza who worked very hard on the best interest rate . One week later i went to meet them and found a Traverse and by Friday it was in my name and I was driving it home. I know when I buy my next vehicle I will be head right back to Autodome and I will recommend them to everyone I know because they are so friendly and welcoming. Try it you will agree.. More

I recently purchased a loaded 2010 Buick Enclave from Alex Furman and was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and people skills. I felt comfortable with Alex the first time I met him face to face. My wife also commented on his professionalism and knowledge which made the process of choosing a new used vehicle with Alex that much easier. I also had the pleasure of working with Enza Pacchione. Enza never pressured me to purchase additional coverage and explained everything so that I could fully understand. I had to ask Enza to go over some of the coverage twice so that I could better understand. Enza did so with professionalism and always with a smile. Again this young lady was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lastly I met the Market Manager Chad Howsen. He was extremely friendly and asked if I had any questions regarding my new purchase. He told me that my battery for my vehicle was in the center of the vehicle not under the hood. Good information to know and I didn't even have to ask. Chad also confirmed that I was totally satisfied with the service I had received and asked if they could do anything else to make my experience better. I truly couldn't come up with one example. I am truly blown away with this experience and would recommend Autodome to anyone looking for used or new vehicle. They definitely know what customer service is all about.
