I live in Hamilton and was looking to trade up to a new car. Vehicle quality, competitive pricing and sales integrity were very important factors for me. I visited and/or called more than a dozen dealers in the Golden Horseshoe area before deciding to drive to Niagara Falls based on my initial telephone conversation with Amello. At the dealership Amello turned me over to Mike Cernick to determine what would best meet my needs. Mike, just like all of the staff with whom I dealt, was very personable and professional listening without interrupting while I detailed what I was looking to buy. He showed me all of the important features and laid out the various options with clear detail and pricing so that I had a good understanding of what was available. After the test drive it was easy to make the purchase; both the purchase price and trade-in allowance were very fair (yeah, I had already done my homework on the internet). Also, I was impressed that at no time was I pressured to buy something I didn't want or need. The remaining step of my purchase was with Jessica Crowe (Financial Services Manager) who finalized the payment terms and did a very good job of detailing the after market services (extended warranty, etc.); again, professional and personable, good detail, no pressure. In summary, I recommend AutoValue without reservation; this was easily my best car buying experience in years. More

Joe is an excellent example of what a salesperson should be like - he shows a keen interest in what you are at the dealership for in the first place, as well as being very knowledgeable about the product he be like - he shows a keen interest in what you are at the dealership for in the first place, as well as being very knowledgeable about the product he is selling and making excellent comparisons between vehicles in which you show an interest or that he thinks might be of interest to you. The entire staff who were available at the time of our visit were very friendly, accommodating, and genuinely interested that we had come in - I certainly would not hesitate to recommend this salesperson and the entire dealership to anyone who was looking to purchase a car.
