We have agreed on a CPO interest rate .I actually knew myself that the car is Qualified for CPO rate. Got this dealership to seal the deal Negotiated the Price with few discount ..Met with the manager n sale rep that had talking n txting me both Confirmed with me that car is Qualified for CPO rate. The manager said give me a min let me give you the Quote basic on the CPO rate. Suddenly the Sale rep came out with different story… ooh the car is not Qualified again mentioned different rate less then 5min . Are u kidding me ! .u didn’t know Before u sent me those Pics Via your Phone with Vin Number for insurance coverage Also your Manager didn’t know too? Considering risking my life and My family At this particular moment .I find that act as rip off , deceitful, unprofessional, disrespectful.
