Excellent First Time Car Purchase Experience - Thanks Kitch! I was purchasing my very first vehicle - a 2016 ford fusion, previous daily rental. Kitch was the employee who helped me. He was incredibly helpful, k I was purchasing my very first vehicle - a 2016 ford fusion, previous daily rental. Kitch was the employee who helped me. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and honest. This being the first time I was purchasing a vehicle, I was happy to have Kitch take his time, answer every question I had, and provide the absolute best service ever. Any hesitations I may have had about the vehicle, he was kind enough to take the time and work with me to resolve my concerns. My car was also getting some work done on it - a window tint and headlight repair - Kitch offered to take the time out of his day to meet me half way from the dealership. He is kind enough to take time out of his day and to be available outside work hours for coordinating details to meet together. After a quick turn around, Kitch returned my car; which it returned detailed again with a full tank of gas. I was completely surprised and impressed with the service I received! If anyone is interested in buying a car, I would recommend Kitch to anyone! More

Bob is a true professional. I had test driven numerous vehicles at other dealerships and the salesmen at each of them had a similar feel (the feel that gives used car salesmen a bad name). AutoPark is the best dealership I've ever dealt with I bought a van from the Dundas location and I can honestly say it was the best vehicle purchasing experience of my life, everyone at AutoPark is aweso I bought a van from the Dundas location and I can honestly say it was the best vehicle purchasing experience of my life, everyone at AutoPark is awesome. Bob Duguid was my salesman, he's great, a true gentleman and a professional. Paul at 400 sent me there to buy a van at Dundas even though he would lose the commission just because he knew it was the right car for him, so nothing but respect for Paul as well.
