I was recently at your dealership accompanying my mother who was in the market for a used vehicle. I was immediately struck by the lack of sales pressure, as we were able to roam the lot freely to peruse th who was in the market for a used vehicle. The sales rep who offered assistance that day was Ian Donnelly. I was impressed with Ian's overall demeanor, in particular his respect and care while working with my mother, establishing clearly what she specifically wanted in a vehicle. He directed her toward several vehicles that fit her needs, efficiently addressing her questions about each vehicle and taking the time to point out the features/details of each, while staying within her price point. While I was not specifically in the market that day for a new/used vehicle, I had nonetheless been thinking about the possibility of having to take that leap as my Honda was approaching 420,000KM. As fate would have it, I happened to come across a vehicle on the lot that same day that ticked all the boxes for me. I felt very comfortable taking that leap with Ian, given his honesty and the care that he had taken while working with my mother. Ian truly made the experience of buying a used vehicle feel like we were purchasing brand new ones! I also have to give a shout out for Shannon, who took care of tidying up all the business ends smoothly and efficiently, and Len in the Service Department. We just purchased a 2013 Kia Forte from Gary Matson. Upon my second visit to this dealership and meeting Gord again It was great to be greeted with the same warm welcome that I experienced the first time. Gord asked if I was still searching for a Hyundia Santa fe and I was impressed that he had remembered our first incounter. He proceeded to show the 10 cars that they had instock and allowed me the time to make my final selection without any pressure. The whole experience from the receptionist, the selection of a car and even accounting was a breeze. I did make one mistake and Gord came to the rescue.
