Friendly knowledgeable service I have been looking for a replacement for my 12 y/o Kia for some time but could never find a car that I liked. Manual transmission, great handling, snappy performance, hatchback. I saw an ad in the paper listing a couple of Hyundai Elantras that fit the bill. I called, they were open late so I went down to see the cars. First impressions, Great facility, the vehicles on the lot were all higher end, the staff were friendly. The sales person I have talked to on the phone was finishing with another client. I said I would wait. While I was waiting (5 min) the owner (Harley) came over to see if he could help. This a was not a typical tactic used by the usual dealerships where they throw the high pressure sales management at you, he just wanted to see it was fine with the wait. I dealt with JP, he knew his product, didn't play tricks, just got me the vehicles I was looking for. Nice feature they brought both cars I was interested in and sent me out for a test drive, on my own. (like in the olden days). I made my chose and was close to finalizing the deal when I realized there were some details I needed to look into first. The was no undue pressure JP said let me know tomorrow, we are primed to go but only when you are ready. I called the next day and gave the go ahead. The financing took less than a day and my time with Gord in finance was simple, clean and I felt he was looking out for my interest as much as the dealership's. In fact that was my feeling from all the people I worked with. I have had the car for a week now and it is all I was hoping for. I highly recommend this dealership. I feel I got an honest and fair deal and quite frankly quite enjoyed myself. I have recommended Auto Show already to a friend and expect this will be the place I get my next car from as well. J.P. was friendly and straightforward without being too pushy. We went for a test drive and were welcomed upon our return. Again, not too pushy and not wishy washy either. Our negotiations were brief and we were satisfied that we were receiving a fair deal. We dealt with Gord Dowhan regarding the financial piece. We were treated with respect and again there was no pressure to make additional purchases. Our options were clearly presented and very understandable. Throughout our time there, we were treated with respect and absolute clarity. How refreshing! More

One suggestion: We left for at least an hour and a half while the car was to be "cleaned and detailed". When we picked up the car we did not take the time to check but when we got home I found the wheels and tires to be dirty. When I wiped down the car the cloth came back black. A white car may look clean even when it's not. No big deal! Took me 1/2 - 1 hour and the wheels, tires and the whole car were shiny. It's really an easy color to clean and keep clean. Somebody obviously missed an assignment. I really appreciated that there were no surprises like administration fees, etc. Price plus taxes - simple and straight-forward. More

Was missing a part when I bought it and they said that they would take care of it no issue. The next day I received the part and they installed it. Overall very happy with my experience.
