I was extremely happy with the whole process Untill I phoned about the problem with the truck and was willing to work with you But the response I received was basically The truck has warranty and it's my problem to deal with I was expecting that we could work together but that is not what I felt like Harley was willing to do the truck is booked into dodge and it will be covered under the warranty I just feel that your employee was not willing to help thanks

We really don't like having unresolved negative experiences, as a point of pride for our business we will do everything we can to change a Negative into a Positive! Please let me know what I can do to resolve your concerns, we'd like your experience to be reflective of the way you felt when you first left. Vehicles are inherently unpredictable, one of the reasons our customers choose our dealership is because we're willing to help when things don't go quite as well as planned. If it's easier for you to return to Winnipeg and exchange for a courtesy car, we'd be happy to take it to Dodge on your behalf. And to reiterate what was sent by email last week, if it's easier for you to deal with Dodge in Brandon and for some reason the repair is not covered under the factory warranty, we'd be happy to cover the costs involved. Hi Scott, I'm really disappointed to see you've left your concern marked unresolved. We make a tremendous effort to go above and beyond for our clients and you were no exception. We've tried now on five separate occasions to get in touch with you, both through DealerRater and by phone, to better understand what we can do to help. To say you were told "Not our problem" is simply not accurate and really unfair. Should you decide to return communication, our offer remains open to assist in any way possible. To clarify, the vehicle purchased was still under complete bumper-to-bumper factory warranty, regardless we absolutely would have repaired the issue without hesitation whether it was under warranty or not. Due to you calling from Brandon, we attempted to find the fastest and most convenient solution for you. In this case, the option of having the axle seal replacement performed at your local Dodge dealer was suggested; this was done solely out of consideration for you and your time. We indicated (and you did as well) that the cost of the seal would likely be covered by warranty, and we offered to cover anything additional should it apply. We then followed up twice the same evening via email to see if any further assistance was required but did not receive a response. Scott, we've tried reaching out a number of times now by phone and email to better understand what more we can do to help - currently I'm at a loss. All the options we've suggested remain open, whether that means trading you for a courtesy vehicle and looking after everything in Winnipeg, helping coordinate the appointment for you in Brandon, or something else you feel would be more convenient.
