I live almost 400 kilometers away, and they made this purchase beyond smooth and enjoyable. They happened to have a newer van with lower miles that I was able to get for a similar bi weekly payment, and pointed that out. Originally I was talking to Peter, but Steve stepped in and helped out on Peter's day off, and both were helpful. Emily took care of most of the financing, but she also had a day off in there, when Amanda stepped in and helped out with every question I had. When I showed up to actually look at the van, and finalize the sale, everybody was welcoming and helpful at the dealership. While Emily and I were working on the paperwork, Joe came in, introduced himself, and let me know that if there were any issues with the safety (I live in Ontario, our regulations are slightly more strict), or any other issues arise, to not hesitate in contacting him to resolve any issues. Love and behold, there was an issue that did arise, and Joe held good to his word (even though he could have turned around and stated that was my risk and he's not responsible as it was sold with a Manitoba safety) If I am still in this area when I go to purchase my next vehicle, I will not hesitate to return to Auto Show for that purchase.
