Great experience from shopping to driving back to Minnesota I could not have asked for a better experience. I started by shopping online, called up Peter Loukopoulos at Auto Show Sales and asked all usual quest I could not have asked for a better experience. I started by shopping online, called up Peter Loukopoulos at Auto Show Sales and asked all usual question I'm guessing one would ask when looking to buy a car in Canada when they are from Minnesota. Peter was great to deal with. He had patience, understanding and even provided information for questions I did not think about asking as well as the process. After asking my questions I continued to monitor the website until something caught my eye. Once that happened Peter and I talked some more and I was handed off to Emily Goettler (who is a customer service Rockstar!!!!). Emily made things so easy for me. Once we were all set I flew up and drove it home that same day. The entire staff I talked with while at the Auto Show dealership was great. They do things different there and it shows in their customer service. When I'm in the market for my next vehicle I'll be back up there. They even accommodated a few special requests I had which was awesome. Job well done guys!! More

Always there We had an issue with the engine in our car 6 months after we bought it. We had gotten the extended warranty so we weren't too worried. We took it to a local shop and they spoke with warranty and they said they would cover the cost to replace it with a used one instead of a new one, but that using used parts we would have to void our warranty. I talked to Joe and he said to give him some time to look into it. He emailed me back a few days later and said that he talked to the COO of the warranty company and got them to allow used parts and keep our warranty. Joe could have easily said that it was not his issue or that there was nothing he could do, but cares about building good customer relationships. We will most definitely be getting our next car from the Team at Auto Show More

An amazing car buying experience While I sat waiting in another dealership for too long, I found my dream cat at Auto Show. I emailed Steven and he let me know it was still available. While I sat waiting in another dealership for too long, I found my dream cat at Auto Show. I emailed Steven and he let me know it was still available. Minutes later I was test driving. They were so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. My 12 year old son loved the experience and comment that Steven wasn't like the average "douchy" salesman. Can't wait to reccomend Auto Show and shop there again. More
