Overall, I’d rate my experience 3 out of 5 stars. There were some positives worth mentioning. The dealership team was generally welcoming and professional. In particular, Kyla Younes stood out—she There were some positives worth mentioning. The dealership team was generally welcoming and professional. In particular, Kyla Younes stood out—she handled our deal from start to finish in a very courteous and professional manner, and that made a big difference. However, there were several issues that impacted the overall experience. The sales process itself felt inconsistent, and our interaction with Mike was not as professional as expected. More importantly, there were discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered. We were told the vehicle would come with Hankook all-weather tires, but it was instead delivered with Michelin all-season performance tires. Additionally, the broken chrome on the interior door handles, which we were assured would be addressed, was not fixed. We were also promised a second key for the vehicle, and we are still waiting for a clear update from the dealership regarding this. Another concern was the vehicle condition. According to the inspection report, the brakes were in good working order during the test drive. However, shortly after taking delivery, we noticed an issue with the brakes that required further investigation and a service appointment. Good thing we got an appointment to deal with it. In summary, while there were strong points in customer service from certain staff, the gaps in follow-through and vehicle readiness brought the experience down. I hope the dealership improves consistency between what is promised and what is delivered. More
