I went into the service the other day, inquired about my warranty program which I’ve purchased when I got my car. My car is a A3 convertible, during winter time, there is a problem when I open the door as it got frozen. Because of this, the door got bent out on the lower corner. I went in and spoke with Damian, his attitude was very rude and didn’t want to help. He simply told me it’s not covered and nothing they can do about it. Then I mentioned there must be something wrong with the car design which causing the problem. I was asking him nicely to raise up my concerns, he replied impatiently; I can’t find a reason to persuade myself to help you submit your concerns, why don’t you teach me how do I say. His attitude and tone of voice were very bad and this is unacceptable. I can’t believe with a brand like Audi, I would get this type of services. I was very disappointed. I have 2 Audi now but I will not have a third one in the future and will definitely tell my friends and family not to come to this Audi anymore.
