Bought a used 2015 Audi Q5 We dealt with Syed Hasan, (Used car salesman) when we went to Audi Uptown. He was courteous, prompt, and very helpful. Scott Corbett, (Business Manager) and Kevin Galindo (Manager, used cars) were amazing when it came to negotiating a price and buying an extended warranty. They also made sure the purchase, trade in and delivery was seamless. They also addressed all the nicks and scratches on the vehicle. They detailed it to an immaculate shine and they painted the rear bumper to ensure it looked perfect. Also they replaced the plastic cover on the side view mirror to ensure it looked great. When we picked up the Q5 it looked awesome. Daniel Weston (Delivery Specialist) was very knowledgeable and quite helpful when we took delivery of our vehicle. The whole team and experience was fantastic. If you are looking for an Audi (new or used), go to Audi Uptown. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Audi needs. Excellent experience at Audi Uptown Last Saturday I walked in to Audi Uptown to do a comparison on a few vehicles I was considering. A few hours later I walked out with a deal for a brand new Audi A4! Thanks to Dion for making my decision easy. Dion helped to answer all my questions and concerns and ended giving me an great deal on a new Audi. I didn't feel pressured but he took his time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable about my decision. I would highly recommend Dion at Audi Uptown - such a nice person to deal with. He did what he said he would do, followed-up on all issues in a timeless manner and promptly answered all my emails. I cannot wait to pick up my new Audi. More

THe dealership is ok but the Audi warranty is worthless I have 2012 S 4. I love my car. Have been taking it to the same dealership for regular maintenance. I also purchased extra warranty as the original wa I have 2012 S 4. I love my car. Have been taking it to the same dealership for regular maintenance. I also purchased extra warranty as the original was expiring at 80000 km. It is supposed to cover the mechanical break downs. Apparently that it not the case. Occasionally the car will not start and it is a clutch/lever problem but the warranty doesn't cover that. So think twice before buying that warranty as it may cost you more than it actually covers. More
