The worst service, all he did was ridicule me and patronize me on the phone. I will never step foot in this dealership because of him. We spend so much money on a car but they don't value that business.
"Worst Customer Service"
Audi Uptown has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't value their customers at all. They ignored us when we went in for a top up for my Q7. We were greeted with a simple "go inside" when we asked about getting a top up, didn't say where exactly or who to speak to. Girl at cashier's desk just kept pointing to a sign that said "Please ring the bell for assistance" without looking at us when we asked about getting our car topped up. And when we rang the bell multiple times no one ever answered, so we just left without getting a top up.
The customer service level is nothing compared to Pfaff Audi. I highly suggest management to stop by Pfaff Audi to see what quality customer service looks like.
This will be the last time I'll be visiting this location.
