We are very impressed with his courteous manner, his lower key approach to making a sale and his thorough and extensive knowledge of the Audi products. His guiding approach is one of trying to find a product/combination that fits his client's needs and pocket book rather than one of trying to push a particular available one(s) for a quick sale. We particularly liked the long training session he gave us when we took delivery of the new vehicle. His previous experience in giving training sessions really shows. We very much appreciate his patience, thoroughness and clear explanations of the myriad of features in todays new cars. Audi Richmond knows all our secrets! Our first purchase was the Audi TT at Thanksgiving 2019, a beautiful sexy car, simply perfection--When we turned over our Mini Cooper... I had to excuse myself to call was the Audi TT at Thanksgiving 2019, a beautiful sexy car, simply perfection--When we turned over our Mini Cooper... I had to excuse myself to call a friend and sob hysterically (sorry Tony)... it's the first and LAST time we've named a car. I promised Darrell we'd be back for our next car, but it would be at least 5 years. Just after Easter 2021 and a routine maintenance check, I was tired of hearing our two German Shepherds fighting in the back seat of the TT and what felt like "he's touching me". Car shopping shouldn't be this fun or this easy. My husband worked with Roy Zhang and did the test drives while waiting for the maintenance for be completed while I finished some work. By the time I came in, I knew I wanted the Q5 and it was simply down to details: colours, comfort and availability. And my own test drive. The paperwork was quickly handled and we were on our way. We picked up the Q5 yesterday, bringing our 145 pounds of canines with us and they were treated like princes from being given water and hand-fed treats. They were also the first to sit in the new car! I think the longest part of the transaction was learning about all the new toys: hokey-pokey to open the hatch (terribly cool), can have a picnic in the front or the back with the drink holders, all the tech stuff, not to mention storage AND the photo ops! We really can't thank everyone in finance, insurance or Darrell and especially ROY enough!!!
