While the staff were friendly, well organized, and helpful, they could have done a bit more on one problem with the used vehicle. In talking with a very well established and respected dealer in Vancouver that I know, he felt a service credit should have been at least given. Between my family and I we have purchased 3+ VW's and 2 Land Rovers from the Cowell family over the years, and I thought they could do better! More
