After trying to upgrade from my Q5 lease to a Q7 lease at several Audi dealerships who wanted to play the old insulting car negotiation game, I found Jerry at Audi Richmond. They did not waste my time with many of the usual back-and-forth negotiations. They presented me with a decent offer that reflected some of the equity in my Q5 and gave me a fair price on the new Q7. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready for me to see, and the whole process took under an hour. When I picked up the vehicle, it was ready for me. I now have an appointment to see the Tech to make sure I understand all the features of my new Q7. Very happy with the whole process. It was worth the drive to Richmond! More
