We were extremely happy with the test drive and he was able to provide an appropriate trade-in estimate and a discount on the car as well. On the car collection day, his colleague Keith was extremely patient and helpful in guiding us through the features of the car and how to set-up the car appropriately. Jerry made sure to follow-up with me afterwards to ensure that we enjoyed the car and asked whether we had any questions.
