I was initially interested in a used e-tron and decided to walk into the dealership without any prior appointments to take a look. Jerry sales staff. I later messaged him over the Christmas holidays that my wife and I were now interested in the Q4 and he scheduled us in for a test drive with him on the first day after the Christmas holidays even though he was supposed to be on vacation. We were extremely happy with the test drive and he was able to provide an appropriate trade-in estimate and a discount on the car as well. On the car collection day, his colleague Keith was extremely patient and helpful in guiding us through the features of the car and how to set-up the car appropriately. Jerry made sure to follow-up with me afterwards to ensure that we enjoyed the car and asked whether we had any questions.
