Bought a Q7. Audi connect app was not installed properly and now we are having issues. The dealer is ignoring us and Audi keeps referring us back to the dealer. The worst service experience in 35 years. Abysmal service and communication. Arrogant advisors. They are clearly overwhelmed and don’t see to care. Wasn’t offered alternative transportation. Even over the weekend. They even tell you that they don’t have the staff to perform some repairs or checks (infotainment system). You have to wait weeks for them to be able to take your car in. 4-6 weeks minimum. More

It takes between a half hour to a hour to get someone to answer the phone and generally they are not located at the dealership. No one calls you back including multiple calls to the service manager. No one mentions that they had your vehicle for days and didn’t do anything. Absolutely atrocious dealership and no one cares! Fat cats for sure. More

Took my car in at 7:30am emergency light on coolant drained. They wouldn't look at it, no diagnostics guys in.
