There was no hard sell just courtesy and accommodation. Adam listened to what I wanted and then did whatever he could to meet my needs. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Adam and Audi Queensway. Adam really went above and beyond. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was looked after immediately and taken care of. Adam showed me the different model cars I was interested in and took me for a test drive immediately. He was very knowledgeable and tended to my every need and answered all questions promptly. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new car to visit Adam and give Audi a try. Coming from a BMW, I was sceptical that I would switch brands but after taking a drive in one and after being treated like a first class client and more important friend of Adam's, not only a customer, the decision was easy.....thanks Adam and thank you Audi Queenway!! underwhelmed We were buying two new Audi's,submitting two trades.Incredibly ,both trades were under valued in comparison to three other Toronto dealerships,about 3 We were buying two new Audi's,submitting two trades.Incredibly ,both trades were under valued in comparison to three other Toronto dealerships,about 30% or more below.It's not the first Audi,just new to this dealership.We couldn't believe the explanations for the sub market trade value,where they claimed the Canadian Blackbook is inaccurate. Odd, VW Canada, parent company to Audi actually has a link to the Canadian Blackbook site for consumers who may have a trade.A bank also references the Canadian Blackbook to establish loan value for a car. Both the trade in,and new car offers from ALL 3 competitors were better,and didn't require exhaustive negotiating,Queensway didn't even try to compete..In the end,we didn't purchase from the dealership with the highest trade value,or lowest purcahse price as ALL 3 were comparable. Instead, the most convenient location for both sales,and service earned the business. What a contrast to the experience with Audi Queensway, where being a current Audi owner mattered so little. More

Sold a car that is a danger to myself and others. I bought a used 2011 vehicle in March of 2014. From the day I drove it off the lot I had issues with the vehicle. It has been in the shop for months i I bought a used 2011 vehicle in March of 2014. From the day I drove it off the lot I had issues with the vehicle. It has been in the shop for months in total since I got it, and had major issues like the clutch not working correcting, the signals failing, break fault warnings, faulty air intake, and the breaks have failed on my both while parked and while on the highway. Most recently I received a letter form Audi Canada saying my airbags may fault, and while washing the hood clear coat and paint came off. The response from the dealer was, and I quote "That's what you get when you buy a used car". They have refused to trade the car back for a reasonable price (offering $10,000 trade only months after I had just bought it used for $30,000). And they have no issue giving me back a car to drive with known issues, and which has had over 5 fundamental parts of the vehicle fault in less than 2 years. Audi as a brand seems untrustworthy, and this dealership has no business selling anything to consumers. To date I still own the car which I fully believe to be unsafe, and under legal advice I am no longer driving when possible, and taking the dealership to court. More
