No happy with the customer service, response time, and overall experience. I have purchased a car close to 100K and I would expect that the staff there would be much more willing to address concerns that overall experience. Instead, it feel like I am dealing with a grocery store where no one cares if the apple I purchased was bruised. I still do not understand why this dealership is not able to actually offer decent if not good customer experience.
